End of chapter One
I seem to remember something about “further notice”. I’m a bit late with that, but oh well. Better late then never, I guess.
I think it’s time to put this on a more permanent hiatus now, something I’ve been wanting to do for longer than you can probably imagine, though I guess this month of dead silence has been a testament to that already. The truth is that Glitchtown was never the comic I wanted to do in the first place, it’s more a school assignment gone very very wrong. Or right, depending on how you view it. This was my experiment, and more or less my first attempt at making comics. And I’ve learned a lot. And befriended several really nice and more awesome people than myself in the process. (I was gonna make links of those words, but there’s just too many friends to link to… you guys know who you are. You’ve meant everything.)
So, yeah, I’ve gotten more out of it than I could ever imagine (not just epic FFFFFUUUUUstration and heart attacks). And I’ve SERIOUSLY had the best goddamn readers EVER. And I know how that sounds, but I really do mean it. You’ve offered nothing but support and nice comments, even though I hardly even deserved it. You guys…! *hugs everyone*
So anyways. Don’t worry. It’s not like I’m done with comics altogether, nor is Glitchtown just gonna disappear. It’ll stay here, perhaps to be revisited in the future. And my email and Twitter will still be active, and so will my sketch blog.
I’ll be back!
…And, btw, some inside information, because you’ve deserved it: I’ve invested in a new computer, which should arrive shortly. That means I’ll probably ustream and draw more frequently, and maybe start doing comics again before you know it.
We’ll see. As always.

I’m glad to have someone like you on my side; you’ve been one of the most supportive people ever.

@Jaimi: Try and stop me *hugs*
@Matt: Mike’s post kinda pushed me to finally make this post, though I’ve been meaning to do this for over a month now. Mike knows this.

Just wanted to take the time to thank you for your time providing a funny and entertaining comic. Even though a good many of us sit silently behind our screens never contributing to more than your hit count, your work has been enjoyed. Good luck with whatever you decide to do and I hope I have the fortune to come across your work again.

@Alex: Thank YOU very much! That means a lot, and contributes to my hit count has kept me happy through all this (I’ve kept an eye on google analytics). Rest assure that I’ll keep you all in the loop when I start something new.
