WOOH, 50 strips! And this one took forever! But it’s the biggest one yet, so it was worth it.
If you don’t remember/have no idea what all this insane asylum mumbo jumbo is all about, I suggest you go read the first strip ever, and then come back.
Honestly, when I started out I never thought I’d get this far. But now I have, and I feel I can go even further. Apart from this strip, to celebrate this I’m also going to show you the first sketch ever, for the first two strips ever. They suck! 😀 But it doesn’t matter, because I can use them to measure my progress.
And ofc, here are the sketches for this strip.
On a sidenote, my Finnish buddy (well, as much of a buddy you can be with a finn anyways… 😉 ) also celebrates 50 strips today. Coincidence? Probably. But go congratulate him anyway!
I wish I could offer some cake or something.

Tackar tackar, Robin. ^^ Tyckte också det var lite intressant, får väl göra det oftare från och med nu.

Haha! I actually laughed out loud! One Question, are these the same guys as in the first strip? I mean the workers.
November 24th, 2008 at 6:30 pm
Thanks Pierre, glad you like it.
That’s a good question actually. I drew them kinda loosely “based” off of the guys in the first strip. So you could say that they are, yeah, but very much evolved from that first strip, however.

Rasmus! Snyggt jobbat, Adam tipsade mig för ca 48 strippar-sedan och jag har följt serien sedan dess 🙂 Riktigt kul att se den utvecklas. Keep up the good work!

Johannes! Tackar tackar, det var ett tag sedan med andra ord. ^^ Kul att du följt så länge, iaf, hade ingen aning om det.

Almost Calvin & Hobbes-eque. Is the bear really real? Or did Bill Watterson’s comic actually take place in an asylum too?
Regardless, I loved it. Well done.

Thanks Waior. And the bear is not real. Let’s just say my Calvin and Hobbes-ridden childhood is coming back to haunt us all. 😉
